Safari does not load a page I could view before (with a previous version ?)

I get this message: kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork:303

And I am asked to report the bug to apple which I've done. What's wrong here?

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.1)

Are you seeing this dialog as soon as you open the page or after you click somewhere? I'm running Safari 4.0.5... not happening here.

Make sure your Java is turned on as I mentioned in my previous post.

This site also requires the latest version of Flash Player plugin. Uninstall then reinstall a new copy ofof Flash.

Uninstall Flash

Install Flash

Then Repair Disk Permissions

Quit any open applications/programs. Launch Disk Utility. (Applications/Utilities) Select MacintoshHD in the panel on the left, select the FirstAid tab. Click: Repair Disk Permissions. When it's finished from the Menu Bar, Quit Disk Utility and restart your Mac. If you see a long list of "messages" in the permissions window, it's ok. That can be ignored. As long as you see, "Permissions Repair Complete" when it's finished... you're done. Quit Disk Utility and *restart your Mac.*

If reinstalling Flash doensn't help...

From the Safari Menu Bar, click Safari / Empty Cache. When you are done with that...

From the Safari Menu Bar, click Safari / Reset Safari. Select the top 5 buttons and click Reset.

Relaunch Safari.

I thought your username was familiar...

yes Carolyn,

The empty pages problem went away with a security update. Now I am facing this strange thing of the error bug.

I've done everything you said and even more. I tried the combo update. But nothing seems to work, I now also know that this bug I have is an old MacOs X bug introduced in 10.5 ( if I am right)

What exactly goes wrong I don't know. I must be in Safari and not related to anything else since the bug does not happen in Firefox. So I will try now to download safari once more cause I am not sure if Safari was include in the combo update.

If that does not help I will just wait for our apple gods to take away this bug out of the software.

And this one suggests that it might be that the website is redirecting to another site which Safari can not respond to:

That would explain why firefox opens and safari not.
