Change preferences for built-in isight camera?

I have a MacBook Air Rev C, 120GB, and it has a built-in isight camera. I wanted to change the video settings as I look really dark on camera and looked for isight in Applications and couldn't find it. Is that because you can't change any settings for isight camera?

Add light to the room is the best fix: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3097

iSight apps adjust automatically when your video area is bright enough.
