Thanks. I'll give that a try. 🙂
U are very welcome!😉
Thank u. But i want that my writing work and look the same on all computers.
That's the point of Unicode, but unfortionaly it looks like they are not going to make the true Cyrillic symbols.
IF do not know how looks real Cyrillic writing look at my web site. http://xn------5cdalejmehyef4fbo2bdhej4t.xn--p1ai/

No, you are mistaken. The point of unicode is only to identify that your text is in Cyrillic script. If you want your text to look some special way for all readers, then it is up to you to embed your special font in your documents and webpages (or use graphics).
My point that Unicode the way it is now and the way it was, that thing they call "Cyrillic" in it is not Cyrillic at all.
There is no singel Cyrillic symbol in Unicode. Most of the letters they use for "Cyrillic" are Latin or from unknown origin.
P.s. It looks like ur first language is English and u have no problem with that, but i am pretty shure u would cry loud if u had to write in English in Arabic letters or Chaines symbols!!!

My point is that Unicode doesn't care what symbols you and the other people who read and write Cyrllic use to do that. All it cares about is that you use the codepoints 0400 - 052F for your data. Unicode has nothing to do with your problem. If you don't like the symbols you currently see, it is up to you and the others use use the Cyrillic script to change them.
U are an angry person!!!
I would see how u would sing if instid of Latin letters in Unicode for English was Chanise or Arabic letters.
P.s. My point is that Unicode calls Cyrillic Latin symbols and that's is ugly.
My i guess u are not the person i need to took in order to solve the problem because all u do is "u does not care" but happily not all people in the world are morally ugly as u!!!

That is correct. To request the changes you want you need to ask the organization which represents Russian in the ISO 10646 international standard, which I think is
I haven't read all the 51 other responses because I don't have the time, but I do have an answer for you that may not have been written about before. (But if it has been already written/responded in the same way, then my my apologies for not having the time to read through them all to see if it's there!)
Anyway here is a helpful link to an Apple support page I found because I I too had the same question:
iOS: Using international keyboards
Hope this is helpful 🙂

This link has nothing at all to do with adding fonts to the iPad. The keyboards use the fonts which are already present. The question you are reponding to, from 4 years ago, was about how to add fonts which are not provided by Apple.
So sorryTom! You are absolutely correct. In the excitement of answering my very first question on Apple support network, I've answered a different question in this (different) question answer space. Humble apologies. I will do it again but in the the right one. (They - the two querries - were both right together on Google search results list. Apologies again (measure 3 times; cut once!)
cheers 🙂
"How do I load a new font into Pages for iPad? I work with documents to learn ancient Greek and when I import them from my Mac I lose the Greek font and wind up with the English transliteration?"
