Can't change calendar colors!?

Exchange just auto-picked my work calendar to be the same as my home calendar. How do I change it?

All the eye candy in the world and the app can't visually separate distinct calendars?

Well that's really frustrating. It's a basic feature.

I tried adding several dummy calendars to my desktop to try and fool iPad to select another color for the Exchange calendar. It's INSISTING on Blue. All the added calendars from my desktop (synced via MobileMe) honored their colors I selected.

So far my desktop, iPhone, and laptop have all selected Red for my Exchange calendars (which is what I want it to be - I guess I got lucky). But the iPad, magically, wants it to be blue.

Why must their be little annoyances like this on a $700 device?

Hey, I would recommend using google calendar. It has different colors plus you can use google sync to sync it straight to you apple ipad. Its easy and fast. You can just open you browser make the necessary changes and it'll update it on your ipad. It retains the same colors as the colors you choose on google.

That is good advice, love Google calendars. the only problem is that the colors of your Google calendars and the calendars on your iPad will not match. That is, if I set a calendar to orange on the Google calendar, it will appear blue on my iPad, if i set a calendar to green on Google, it will appear red on my iPad, and so on.

It would be nice to either have my calendars match colors between devices. This could easily be accomplished by manually changing the color of the calendars on the iPad calendar app.

Is this available?

If not, what is the way that a user can contact apple and request a feature?

Jordan.
