iPhone Configuration Utility startup error

I've just updated iTunes and the iPhone Configuration Utility to the latest versions, and I'm now receiving the error 'The ordinal 2760 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll.' After I click on 'OK' another notice pops open 'iPhone Configuration Utility failed to locate Apple Mobile Device Support. Please reinstall iPhone Configuration Utilty. You can download it from....'

I've tried removing and reinstalling both application, and rebooting between, before, and after. Nothing helps.

Anyone run into anything similar? I'm using this to configure a ton of new iPhones for our company, and can't continue the roll out.

Any assistance is appreicated.

the right answer at the right time, but one question remaining why is this product so unaware of its environment and could not look up the location of the existing DLL's in the first place.

But its good to have answer guys like you around to have this great software actually working in a strange world of Windows XP. I do really appreciate this site and the help working great with the two DLL's located at
c:/Program Files/Common Files/Apple/Mobile Device Support

copied both DLL's libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll to
c:\Program Files\iPhone Configuration Utility
Worked just great without rebooting. thanks again for the great help workes with 3.1.0.256
