I'm having issues with websites and it's proving to be a major problem.

If I go to crutchfield.com and click 'Outfit Your Car'. None of the selection boxes work properly. Also many of our clients use SonicWall remote access devices and I can't get the login screen to function either. The crutchfield.com issue looks like javascript possibly so I am surprised that it doesn't work. The SonicWall issue is tragic.

There appears to be too many issues with the iPad Safari to make it more than an 'ereader with features' then a usable piece of technology.

I'm surprised at the issues I guess... Having such a large screen and not supporting these sites isn't very good. Any power users and even not so power users are going to have a hard time swallowing the cost of the iPad with these limitations... I guess it's destined to fail being 'just a big iphone'. The iPad needs more functionality and quick, IMO.

I don't think so. I'd have to hit the site pretty quickly to test this. I've also found many other sites that just don't work too. I'm no expert in the programming arena so it's possible that the site in question uses java too. I did find the syntax (is it just CSS? Is that possible?):

There's a lot of Yahoo Finance that does not work with the iPad. For that matter, there are parts of Yahoo Finance that don't work on Safari on any of my Mac's. I assume Yahoo will never get all this sorted out and simply accept it for what it is. On the Mac's, I've actually gone back to my broker's site.
