Where are my custom presets stored?

Question

Where are my custom presets stored?

I have a brand new Compressor and want to load my presets from a previous computer.
How would I go about doing that?

They're stored in ~/Library/Application Support/Compressor.

Right........... but when I copy the "Compressor folder" into the new "Application Support folder" and open Compressor they are not their???

When I open the "Application Support folder" on my new computer it does not have a "Compressor folder"

Hi Marco,

If the previous settings are from Compressor 3 then all you have to do is drag the settings from the Custom settings folder in the previous Compressor application to the Custom folder in your new Compressor application. The settings can be dragged to the Desktop and then copied to a drive or moved over the network.

If the settings are from Compressor 2, then you will need to drag them from the Home/Library/Application Support/Compressor folder on the old system to the Home/Library/Application Support/Compressor folder on the new system.

I got it.
They were not in a custom folder. They were not in any folder, just in the compressor folder with other folders.
