Bonjour will not start

I just updated Itunes to 9.1 and now the remote service on my iPhone will not connect to my computer with iTunes.

Itunes tells me that Bonjour service has been disabled. I went to the services tab in Windows and tried to Start the Bonjour Service. I got the following error:

+Windows cannot start the Bonjour Service on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service specific error code 10014+

Same issue here on Windows 7, however this is on install of 9.1 and it will not complete because it cannot start the Bonjour service that it was replacing from a previous version - very frustrating. Getting WSARecvMsg failed (10014) in Application Event log. Using on a brand New Dell Latitude.

I am full system administrator on the O/S. I tried disabling firewall and trying to fake the installer out by trying to start the Bonjour service myself. I was able to do this once or twice by altering the startup account permissions (at point of error) but the installer did not care. Unfortunately it does not allow me to skip the Bonjour installation to continue. So I have to hit cancel and abort.

Please, Apple release a new version that works or can skip over Bonjour service. I am a simple ipod/itunes user...
