Can the iPad play DVD files?

I am not talking about taking a DVD movie and converting the file to .mp4, etc , etc. I am talking about playing the actual VIDEO_TS file.

I am a wedding videographer and it would be nice to have these files stored on the iPad so I can show potential clients not only the video but also the menus, etc. I will not be able to show the menus if I convert the file to another format.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I searched for along time before finding Wondershare Player. It says it's an iPhone only app, but you can install it on your iPad. It's able to open .ISO files and has DVD nav functionality built in. Works like a charm!

Well, while it's indeed free, I don't think it's a good idea to use an iPhone app in 2x mode when there are much better native (ISO) DVD players around; most importantly, GoodPlayer ( http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/goodplayer/id416756729?mt=8). The latter is worth every cent.
