fixpod.com.au

Hey everyone,

I'm doing some snooping around on a website called fixpod.com.au and I'm having trouble finding negative feedback. Specifically lost/stolen equipment, stolen cash etc etc. The only information I can seemingly find is on the Whirlpool forums, and it's a little too 'rainbows and butterflies' for me. Anyone have any negative feedback or tales of caution they could share?

They don't have a certification logo to indicate they are official to service the iPhone... most Apple Authorised Service Providers (AASP) provide a document after they have serviced the iPhone to clarify that they are 'certified' to repair it, in simple terms them opening the iPhone, replacing the screen will not void the warranty.

If you take your iPhone to a non-AASP for service and they service the unit then you are at risk at voiding the warranty for further service officially provided by the one-year limited warranty by Apple.
