Ability to fill in PDF's on ipad

I have a fire safety inspection form in PDF format that I would like to use on the ipad.
I have been able to open it but cannot fill in any of the fields.

Does anyone know of an application that I can use to fill in PDF forms on the ipad? If not can they be converted somehow to open as fillable forms in pages or numbers?

There is a program called lifeforms just come out that can sort of do it

Note Taker HD app does the trick. Great app to fill-out pdf's, get signatures on forms, etc. I am a Financial Planner and have my clients sign docs via Note Taker HD on my iPad.

One more vote for PDF Epxert for iPad.

It has the best features:
-PDF Forms (even caclucations)
-two-way dropbox sync
-amazing UI
-annotation tools
-management tools

I use Goodreader to do this all the time. Works great. I think Goodreader is the best app in the App store.

PDF Form Tools is the only one that let you add \ remove photo into your form.

It is the best if you want graphic-rich forms to be filled.

I found a new app called PDF Quick Sign that allows you to fill PDF forms and to sign and annotate PDFdocuments. It's a really nice one and has the support of Dropbox which is crucial.

PDF Max is for free. you can fill our forms but you cant send them by email.

PDF Max pro is 6,99 EUR, you can fill out, send by email, upload to dropbox.

writepdf is a good ipad/iphone pdf app and lets you inline edit directly

it is a good contender to pdf expert
