AAF importing problem

Although I have searched at length.... I cannot find out why I cannot import an embedded AAF into Logic Pro or Soundtrack Pro.
I know that in the past you have had to have separate media folders etc, but I thought this was all sorted now... and even tried in 64 bit mode.
Yes, it appears that the files AAFs are the right size for the expected content etc.

From the 9.1.1 support notes: AAF import and export now work as expected in 64-bit mode.


Here's the error I get..

2.8Ghz Octopooter 14GB/PMG5 Dual2/MBP 2.66 15"Unibody, Mac OS X (10.6.3), Logic/MelodyneST/Live/NIKomplete6/RMEff800/DUET, other bits and pieces. :-)

Sorry, no suggestions or advice to offer on this front, but just wanted to say that I feel for anyone who's ever had to regularly use AAF, OMF, XML or whatever between editing apps, Pro Tools and Logic.. It always seems to have been (to paraphrase his Steveness) a bag of hurt.

btw I notice you're in Adelaide.. you don't happen to know GT do you? Old friend of mine from my Sydney days..
