How to I reset the iPad back to factory default?

How to I reset the iPad back to factory default without wiping out my apps/info in iTunes? I plan to sell the iPad and get the 3G version when it comes out. So, I want to keep all the stuff in iTunes to sync to the new iPad when I get it, but I want to wipe my current iPad.

What's the best way to do this?

Connect it to your computer and use the restore function in iTunes.

Go to the Settings Menu. Pick General. At the bottom of the menu is Reset. Choose rest and it gives a list of different ways to reset. 2nd one on list is "Erase All Content and Settings. That would be the cleanest. It is what I plan on doing when I get the 3G!
