Recently discovered MBP order mistake?
I purchased my very first 15" MBP in November of last year. Anyway all this time I've using it, I only just been informed after talking with someone else who brought the same setup as me. That my order has in fact been slightly botched, regarding the apparent lack of the Anti-Glare screen I had requested in my order.
Mine has the silver trimming around the screen area, where as the the other guy has the black. Which would seem to indicate the Anti-Glare screen (upon googling).
Now I didn't know this until literally minutes ago. Since I'm a bit of a n00b to mac and only just converted when I brought this. However it had crossed my mind a little when I've gone to use my MBP in sunnier places and have had trouble viewing the screen. It did seem odd but didn't really think much of it.
I'm curious to know what I can actually do about this, what seems to be lately noticed mistake in my order?
I have the email of my order (and all the other apple emails I got) still, and it clearly does state the purchase of the Anti-Glare screen. Which subsequently I've also paid $70 additional for, at the time.
What options do I have to correct this?
I gather a return would be possible? However I kinda really do need my laptop, so it's not really a viable option. Which I guess leaves nothing but a possible refund of the $70?
I also don't have a local apple store either and there isn't one that is viable to visit. So it pretty much leaves me with little options.
What should I do/can be done?
Thanks in advanced for all help offered.
