White Screen in Battlefield Bad company 2

When playing BFBC2 on windows XP, (this is all I do with Windows) I get a white screen that takes over everything. Sound still plays and the screen will come back once in a while but it isn't possible to play the game. I've messed with DirectX and updated all the drivers, is this a game problem or is my mac not capable?

Mac OS X (10.6.3)

A Google search with your question heading will show that it is more than a Bootcamped Windows problem, which maybe can only be corrected by Software provider. Check their site?

Yeah I know, I just hoped someone else may have come into another fix. You don't read about too many people using win on mac. let alone have any trouble.

I also have this problem. Spent hours on the phone with the company. They don't seem to want to admit the problem exists, and instead have told me that they cannot troubleshoot this further because bootcamp is not supported. My machine is a imac 2.8 core duo 2 with a ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro
graphics chip. What is the config of your computer? I am using bootcamp with windows xp service pack 3
