Windows - No Disk error!
I can't start up iTunes. After clicking on the iTunes icon, I get the message titled Windows - No Disk "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert disk into drive." followed by the buttons Cancel, Try Again, and Continue. The only way to get rid of this window is to kill the itunes.exe process and then close the window - otherwise, none of the buttons work and the window is persistent.
I have updated iTunes, QuickTime, and the iPod software to the latest as of 11/21/05. I read one of the posts saying I should clear out QuickTime's recent files. That didn't help.
I would say this is a recall class bug. I don't understand how Apple can ship this stuff given all the problems people are having.
