let me clarify one point, when I let mine run to zero, it goes into safe sleep and shuts down. I have to hit the power button to start it back up, that is when I see the safe sleep recovery screen and then all is back to normal.
Yes, I understand it is the normal process. And I understand too that, in your situation, it occurs all the times that battery works until it reach 0%. Ok.
My question was if have you some document unsaved when it occurs, but I understand now (too) that it could be an irrelevant answer.
