Calendar timezone issue syncing with Exchange?

All of my calendar events are 4 hours off. For example, a 10:00 AM meeting shows up on my iPad as 6:00 AM.

It would seem to be a pretty obvious timezone issue, but the timezone of the iPad is correct (New York) and the local time is being set automatically and appears correct at the top of the screen.

The same calendar has events listed correctly on the iPhone, and again in iCal on the desktop (same exchange server settings, same user -- both in the same timezone). I can add an event to my calendar on the iPhone and see it pop up 4 hours off on the iPad.

Has anybody seen this? I can't imagine that too many other people have this problem, since it makes the calendar pretty hard to use.

I am having the exact same problem. I am on Eastern US time zone. All my calendar entries are 3 hours early on the ipad. Yet my iphone calendar entries are correct. Both the ipad and iphone are going through the same active synch setup on my company network. I have talked to the IT support person at my company and he is stumped as well. I've tried deleting my entire email profile and resynching as well as just deleting and re-synching the calendar. But it continues to be 3 hours off. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, it is kind of annoying that Cupertino is the default for Time Zone. Here is the solution:

Go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars and scroll to the bottom. You should check under the Calendars section to manke sure that your Time Zone Support is set to your time zone.
