Software Update - "no package found for identifier"

Weirdness on SW Update. All was working fine until 10.6.3. Here is a snippet of the log:

May 5 09:10:22 ******** /usr/sbin/swupd_syncd[20233]: Product 061-7534: no package found for identifier su
May 5 09:17:15 ******** /usr/sbin/swupd_syncd[53099]: Product 061-7127: no package found for identifier su
May 5 09:22:16 ******** /usr/sbin/swupd_syncd[53099]: Product 061-4089: no package found for identifier auto
...

This happened after I reset SW Update due to packages not being downloaded from Apple. Here is the log from that issue:

Tue May 4 03:36:21 ******** swupd_syncd[4620] <Error>: Unable to download or create .smd file for product 061-7922.
Tue May 4 03:36:21 ******** swupd_syncd[4620] <Error>: Product 061-7922 will not be available for installation.
Tue May 4 04:26:47 ******** swupd_syncd[4620] <Error>: Unable to download or create .smd file for product 061-8067.
Tue May 4 04:26:47 ******** swupd_syncd[4620] <Error>: Product 061-8067 will not be available for installation.

Any ideas? I've been investigating and haven't found a solution.

Thanks!
