Watermarks- how to get rid of them

I just bought a 2010 Apple MacBook Pro placed a watermark on word document which was applied to all the pages created when using a eMachine; now I need to delete the watermark completely. I tried all the help topics, I tired all the tabs: I know how to create one quite well now. Please help me delete one 🙂 Bebo
