You could not get a feature film, no. A "video" would be a music video, a TV show episode, or some short films.

I recently received music credits on my iTunes account but can't figure out how to apply them to purchases? I've tried clicking on the link that says "Your account has 5 song credits" but it takes me straight to my user account. There's nothing about credits listed at that poin. I've also tried to go through the purchase process but still nothing appears asking if I'd like to use my credits. What am I doing wrong?

Nothing will ask if you want to use your credits.
Make a purchase a song and iTunes will use the credits first.

Nothing.

It kept asking me to confirm my payment address which lead me to believe I needed a credit card. I just selected "Done" and it began downloading. Thank you.
