UK Pre-order - "Shipped By" or "Delivered By"??

So, I pre-ordered my iPad, an O2 micro-sim and a case at 12.22am on the 10th May.

I notice my order status says "Estimated shipping by May 28th", so I phoned Apple to enquire as to whether I could expect delivery on the 28th.

The rep told me that some orders show "estimated delivery by May 28th" and some show "estimated shipping by May 28th"

Now, if it means they're not going to ship my iPad before the 28th..then I'm not too pleased!!

So the question is...does anyone in the UK's order status say "delivered by May 28th"??

Just a note for 3G owners - the SIM (mine's o2) looks like it's the wrong SIM (that is not micro SIM), but the middle does come out.

Hope that's helpful to someone.

UPS just delivered mine! Was on my way down to the office that runs my block of flats when they called me and told me I had 2 parcels to sign for!

Mine's here! I'm shaking with excitement but I'm also ill and working from home so it's gonna have to stay on the shelf looking at me until lunchtime.

8.55 am TNT man arrives with my iPad and other ordered items. I'm a happy chappy!!!Apparently the local TNT depot has got him in today just to delivery iPads in the North Manchester area!

Mines been out for delivery since half 5. I didn't think I was that far from the depot 😝

Hi all

Pre-ordered 64GB Wifi only with all the Options (case etc) May 10th

Used US site to get my tracking number and Shipper (TNT UK). Tracked order on their site and got "out for delivery" Phoned the local office (number available on their site) to get a time estimate.

Delivery expected 1:30 today 27th. so downloaded all the apps I want from Itunes so everything ready.

Way to go Apple. Now lets hope no WiFi problems.

Mine has just been delivered (TNT) , looks a great bit of kit. Stuck at work though so can't try it till tonight.

Hope you get yours soon, I have been pacing all morning lol.
