Getting iPad to loop or repeat a video

To loop videos get LoopyLoopy, it's free. For a while I've been using Video Loop Presenter and had problems getting both an iPad 1 and iPad 2 to see the videos. With Video Loop Presenter you need to use a utility called iPhone Explorer to copy videos to the camera roll. If it's not in the camera roll it won't be recognized. It worked ok for 1 video, then weird things would happen. It wouldn't recognize all 6 videos I have, just selected ones. Truly flaky behavior. With LoopyLoopy the interface is set up through iTunes to implicitly recognize videos you want it to play. To do this you have to use the File Sharing feature in iTunes. Here are the directions:

Upload your video into imovie and duplicate it a bunch of times n its pretty much like loopin. U dont even have to export it just play the movie from the actual program

this should do, "Loop Video Player".

You have to put the video in the app with your PC.

After you purchase the app, connect the iPad to your PC,

open iTunes, go to app section of your iPad in iTunes, scroll down and you'll see this app,

and then drag and drop the video into the app.

I used it for 7 hours straight at this event and worked fine, didn't stop once.

VLC Player for iOS is a much better looping player.

You can adjust the speed of the playback as well as the video settings (brightness, gamma, etc.)

Did you notice that on a Mac there is a stutter in Safari at the end of the loop, and that it defaults to run DivX plug in for .mov files in Chrome and Firefox (HTML5 pref looks like) and flashes the divx logo between loops? I was able to run it fine in Chrome after disabling DivX, but Firefox won't play it without that plug-in. I tried adding: pluginspage="http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/" after the auto play code, but it still couldn't find a Quicktime plug-in after DivX was disabled.

Works wonderfully for looping on the iPhone: the only web solution I've found to this problem. THANKS!!!!
