Attachments in Mail

markaus deserves a reward! Un-be-lievable! It worked. I think that Stanza recently upgraded to becoming iPad compatible and it must have been one of those updates that I installed over the past week.

Hopefully, there will be some better QC involved going forward regarding updates conflicting with other (especially core) apps.

But this is no good solution!

I need stanza and I need mail attachments.

Both, apple and stanza have to do something!

Removing stanza solves problems, but still a single page-pdf will be shown as picture and you can not forward it by mail or send it to goodreader.

I'll try to reinstall stanza....

Just deleted Stanza and I'm able to open pdf attachments in good reader or iBook 🙂
So I hope the guys from stanza will fix this bug asap

I couldn't get a PDF attachment to open until I removed GoodReader, Stanza, iBooks, and QuickOffice. I tried resetting and testing after removing each one. Only after I removed the last one, iBooks, was I able to work with PDF attachments correctly, i.e. it didn't immediately turn into an image.

I then reinstalled iBooks, GoodReader, and QuickOffice, testing after each install, and things were still OK so Stanza was definitely the problem. In my case I believe Stanza really messed something up and it wouldn't work properly by just removing Stanza.
