How to really fully remove Logitech Control Center 3.2.0??

In CONSOLE I show this activity and yet I thought I had removed Logitech's LCC 3.2.0 - Logitech Control Center --- How to stop this?!

Thanks for any comments - it may explain some cursor jumping and also be related to freeze-ups I've had recently.

I had that UN-installer program from version 2.6 - but when I tried to run it with lcc3.2.0 it gave me the message that LCC was NOT installed... Apparently it didn't recognize the newer version; and their does not seem to be an UN-installer for 3.2.0---

But the console shows that every 10 seconds some lcc request is being made and I get warning then error - and I need to figure a way how to stop that. Is it related to plist files or ??? I just realize how little I really know about the inner workings of this software (Mac and lcc!!)
