That is abnormal.
When a logic board is replaced with the proper procedures, a new machine serial number has to be displayed on the System Profiler and About This Mac (Version --> Build --> Serial Number). You need to return the computer to Apple to fix it.
I do NOT recommend to troubleshoot by DIY for the internal battery to remove/reinstall or PRAM/NVRAM, or the SMU reset this time.
Check whether a new Ethernet MAC address is displayed on Network Utility-- Info for Network Interface (en0).
