weather bug

I had the logo for weather bug up in my menu bar. It was very convenient because I could always see what the current temperature was. Two questions.
1) How and why did it disappear?
2) How do I get it back? I've got the weather bug site but I can't seem to get the logo up into the menu bar. Can someone help?

Did this happen after you performed an update of some sort or a reinstallation or did it just happen "out of the blue"? I'm not really familiar with the weather bug however.

Either look for an update for that application or use the free Meteorologist.

If you need to download it again, the version for Mac OS is located here:

http://weather.weatherbug.com/desktop-weather/weatherbug-mac.html

After you download and install, go to your applications folder to launch the app. It should then appear in your menu bar. You can launch it automatically at startup by adding it to your list of log-in items.
