This worked for me too. Thanks.
Hi,
"After trying every method from this post, I couldn’t able solve it and found out there is another alternative method to solve this issue!"
Solution for this issue is, deleting your Wifi router password, since in case you have recently updated your new wifi password.
So to do this, please follow these below steps,
Go to --> Finder / Applications / Utilities / Keychain Access / (in “Search box”, Type your Wifi router name example, "Dlink")
You will see your wifi router name below, in the kind section you can see “Airport network password” holding “Dlink” please delete the wifi router name, also delete if there are multiple names,
Once you have completely deleted this, you can try conneting to your wifi router. here, wifi asks to enter your password again, and then it connects with out any issues!
I hope it works for you! 🙂
Thanks
Nick

I would suggest you to use a solution I found particularly useful. Just click on Join Other Network and type in your network and password. This solved my dreaded "Alert No Internet Connection" problem.
Hi everyone!
The same old problem... there is internet connection but with the alert above mentioned. It seems like deleting the system configuration files works for most users, me however cannot find those files! I go to Library, then Preferences and that's it, no System Configuration folder or those files.
Any suggestions?
To make it more clear, I have the same problem everywhere I connect to the internet (home, work, uni). Even though it is connected, it's not stable.
FYI, I'm not an exeprienced MacBook user (MacBook Air in my case).
I'd appreciate any help!
I had the same problem and I've tried EVERY method provided but none of them worked. Then I just added Wi-Fi 2 in the network preference and it worked!! how stupid is that? I didnt expect that could work at all but it did.

Yes, that was the clue I needed. I was experiencing this problem with a public WiFi network where my iPad could connect fine but not my MacBook Pro. When I saw this, I went and deleted my WiFi connection type in the Network system preferences panel, created a new WiFi connection type, and then hit Apply. All good again. That did it. Presumably it clears out some bogus cached settings.
