White Screen with folder question mark
We have a basically brand new iMac. Intel core 2 duo- Mac OS X v 10.6 Snow Leopard.
The machine will not start up- we get a white screen with a flashing folder in the middle with a question mark. We tried all the force quit type directions including resetting. Nothing works.
Is there some other way to restart this machine?
