How to disable native Keyboard Shortcut

I imagine this is terribly simple and I've overlooked it a dozen times but I'm running parallels for a database management program and one of the commands needed to be used constantly is F3, which pulls all windows back allowing you to see thumbnails of whats open(Im sure theres a really short descrition and name of this functionality) SOOO what i need to do is turn off that fntion for F3 but can't, for the life of me, figure out how.
