How much will my iPhone 4 cost?

When did you sign your existing two year contract with AT&T - what month and year?

Well, there is no definitive answer. AT&T bases your upgrade eligibility on how much you spend with them on a monthly basis. If you have a more expensive plan you will be eligible for upgrade sooner. Also if you have a Premier account, meaning one tied to your employer (whether you pay or the employer pays the bill). That's why the only accurate answer is the one you get from AT&T.

Thank you! I've been waiting for someone to say something like that. Don't know why I didn't. Why can't people pick up the phone and call ATT like I did to ask about an upgrade?

I thought this was an APPLE discussion board. Why can't people use their phones and call ATT customer service and ask ATT questions to an ATT person?

I just checked and right above this message window it does say "Apple Discussion", not "ATT Discussions".

was a reply made to my previous post, which is why I asked. FYI, there is a reply selection under every post in a thread. If you want to direct a reply to a specific person in a thread, you should select Reply under the person's post you want to reply to - which will show that person's name or alias as the person you are directing your reply to.

You need to check with AT&T, either in your account on their web site, by phone, or there is a code you can call on the phone.

Call *639# from your phone and AT&T will send you a free text telling you which upgrade you're eligible for.
