How much will my iPhone 4 cost?

In October 2009, I purchased my first iPhone, a 3gs. Now I want an iPhone 4. According to most most of my sources, it will cost me $399 for a 16GB and $499 for a 32GB(with a 2 year contract).Is this true?

the release date for the 3gs...
and jun...the only reason i am asking is because the question hasn't been answered.. this is for all a discussion board isn't it?
