I am so frustrated, Im trying to contact a support agent about my ipod, but when I try it shows ipod suffle which I dont even have, and it does not show my iPod with video, What can I do to contact a support agent?

By the way I already try enterring the serial # of muy ipod but it says it does not match

imac G3, ibook G3, iMac G5 (isigth), iPod 30G 5G., Mac OS X (10.4.2)

Chat support is only available to customers that have iPod shuffle or iMac G5 computers.

If you need help with your 5th generation iPod, you can post in the appropriate forum here: http://discussions.apple.com/category.jspa?categoryID=157

or try http://www.apple.com/la/support/ipod/

I wasn't able to find a phone number for Apple in Costa Rica.
