White Iphone 4

Can anyone tell me if the white one will cost more? That is the deciding factor as to whether I will pre-order the black or wait out the white.

No it does not, it stays just as white as the day you receive it. :]

Didn't this problem happen as well with the iphone 3g and they had a limited white option on launch day? I think I remember that happening. Looks like we will see on launch day!!

so like when is apple and steve jobs going to address this problem cause i mean we are all here with are head up are ***** with no clue and like everyone on here im also frustrated about this too . . . plus i just had to order the black one cause i did not wanted to be the only one left out on the launch date . . .you suck apple!!!

I prefer the white phone as well and hope Apple will allow me to trade the black one I ordered for white whenever it becomes available.

Hi I totally agree but hey at least you got to order the black one every time i tried to order it from apple store it kept saying my session expired!.. apple is just really making me mad after this i think i might be leaving apple alone for a while.

Hopefully Apple gives the customers that waited patiently for the white to ship will get priority over color exchanges. Sounds like it will be awhile before we see the white anyway, so you'll probably get stuck with the back one. 🙂

Maybe or maybe not. I'll let Apple make that decision for me. I'm pretty sure there will be a way for me to trade black for white w/out any problems, especially if i decide not to activate or use the black until white is available. It really shouldn't matter whether or not I get the black one now opposed to those who wait for the white one.

I talked to my friend who also works at Best Buy, and he said it isn't guaranteed (or likely) that the White iPhones are going to be available on June 24th. For all of you guys that "pre-ordered" it with Best Buy, you pre-ordered it for the day when it will become available, and that date, NOBODY KNOWS!

In the Uk we are not getting much help with this either. You get different information from each company. Some are reserving, some aren't. Orange have told me £60 reserves my white iphone for me to collect on the 24th. I also called 3 different 02 shops who all had something different to say. One have put me on the reservation list for a white one incase, one said they are having them but not sure how many, and the final said there are no white iphones until roughly 4 weeks after the official release date. Looking at pre-order on the 28th July, and in stock 1st Aug. Its hard to believe any of this and I will have to just see whats available on the day. I for one don't believe anyone will get one. BUT Apple is keeping very quiet? Maybe they are pushing to hit production deadlines before they officially announce whether those deadlines were reached or not? Why did I choose to want a white one?

HELP. I JUST GOT A CALL FROM BEST BUY SAYIN THAT THE WHITE IPHONE 4 WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON THE 24TH, THEY SAID IT WONE BE AVAILABLE FOR ANOTHER 4 OR 5 WEEKS, WHAT SHOULD I DO SHOULD I STICK WITH THE WHITE ONE OR SHOULD I GET THE BLACK ONE?
