Power Mac G5 Dual 2Ghz CPU 1 error on restart after a clean install

Hi Guys.
I got this error this morning after a clean install.
I had restarted my G5 for the first time since the clean install and a error message was displayed - black box white writing stating i need to shut down and reboot. After shutting down and rebooting the below error report was displayed.

I ran both ASD 2.5.7 and 2.5.8 both runs reported PASSED on all tests. I thought maybe it was temp related but temps are nominal and there was no ramp up in fan speed at any time. There is a temp difference though, which has been present since i got my G5.

Currently the CPUs are running as below.
CPU A 48.1
CPU B 41.6

In side is not clogged up with mounds of dust but there is some. If it was do to clogged heatsinks would not the fans ramp up to increase airflow to try and compensate?

Any ideas?

S.M.A.R.T. stands for Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology. This test checks and reports on the status of the S.M.A.R.T. routines built into your drive. These routines monitor important drive parameters as your drive is operating. An examination and analysis of these parameters can aid in the prediction of drive failure. This will allow you to back up your data before your drive fails and the data becomes inaccessible.
