Luxury Bluetooth Headphones

When I say "luxury", I mean the same level as Bose noise cancellation headphones. Is there anything comparable in bluetooth form for the iPhone? It would be nice to get a high quality listening experience, teamed with the efficiency of a bluetooth headset. Ideally looking for top of the line headphones, with iPod/iPhone control capabilities, and a mic (to be able to answer calls).

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Hopefully the explanation isn't confusing...thanks.

I got a set of Altec Lansing for around $140 that are great. The noise cancel on these are great... I can ride my motorcycle while listning to music and when a call comes in the sound quality is supurb and the caller hears nothing but my voice. Audio is likewise great with rich base and sharp hi's. Everything is controlled from the headset and the over the ear wears pretty good.

I have some Motorola "in ear" bluetooth headphones, which is not what you're looking for, but I don't think you are going to find exactly what you are looking for. It is not likely that you're going to find anything wireless that compares to the best wired headsets out there. You're going to have to choose between the convenience of wireless and the absolute best sound quality. I find the sound quality of the earphones I am using to be acceptable, especially for the situations that I use them in, but have a wired headset for when the wireless isn't really necessary. Battery lasts much much longer with wired headset as well.

I use a Nokia BH-214 Bluetooth headset with a pair of Sony MDR-EX082 earplugs (came bundled with a Sony NWZ-A729 MP3 player). The earplugs offer good enough bass so no need to switch on the equalizer in the phone, and enough passive noise cancellation to make them dangerous to use while driving 🙂 And the BH-214 supports Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR for better sound quality.
