pdf attachment from mail to ibooks?

hmm, how do you 'import' pdf attachment from mail into ibooks 1.1? i hit downloaded on iphone mail, it loaded with img, not even a pdf. flip back to ibooks, hit pdf tab, its not there. am i missing something here?

I agree with mochi-boy, although I already had a PDF bookshelf created in ibooks, I still would not get a "open in ibooks" until I opened my gmail in Safari 1st, and clicked on "open in ibooks". Ever since it has now worked for me using regular iphone email app.
