hey atleast you have a pretty good grasp of the english langauge. thats better than many people here in the us

yes i understand spanish , and i dont think you can activate that phone without a voice and tex plan

you could probably take it to some tech store that has the software to unlock it but they may not have it right now since the phone is about to come out. other than that i have no idea how to unlock it
