Safari not working

Safari not working

I am suddenly unable to connect to sites using Safari on my 3GS. I get a message saying Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding. Any ideas how to solve this?

MacPro, MacBookPro, iPhone, Mac OS X (10.4.6)

I'm having the same problem. I have restarted my iPhone. Then tried to restore to factory setting and then used last back up but still no fix. Any fixes welcome.

Yes I'm having the same issues with my iphone 4...But if you switch to wi-fi it seems to work smoothly. Not sure of any fix on the 3g network.

I had a second try at restoring my iPhone and this time I restored it as a new iPhone (rather than from a backup) and then used iTunes to push through all my previous setting etc. It took a while, but seems fine now - fingers crossed. Hope this helps others.
