My iPad can't Connect to iTunes Store/AppStore

I'm using iPad 3G.
i used to be able to connect to the AppsStore, purchase games & Apps, LIFE WAS GOOD.
suddenly, my iPad is not able to connect to iTunes/AppStore !
i used wifi, used 3G, used office wifi, used parents wifi, no use. Even though i had internet and able to browse, check emails and tweet !
i reset the connections, no use!
what should i do ?

iMac 24", Mac OS X (10.6.1), 3.06 GHz Intel - 4 GB RAM

Starting having problems on my iPad 4 a couple of days ago, after downloading the latest 6.1.3 firmware. The main problem began when my apps needed download updates from iTunes - it just froze and did nothing, followed by a pop up message from iTunes.


I then followed some of the suggestions above to no avail. I even tried a complete delete and reset on my iPad, hoping

that would clear everything up. All that happened is that instead of 5 apps needing updating - I now have 24 (and counting)...


I'm assuming that the problem is the firmware, as my iPhone is working as normal staying on 6.1.2 (obviously I won't be updating until this is sorted out)...


I'm not sure as to whom I should contact - Apple or iTunes? I'm kind of hoping that the firmware is the issue and that

a resolution is forth coming! Appreciate any feedback, thanks.

I seem to be noticing a pattern - after people leave a message on the forum - the issue seems to miraculously fix itself shortly after.


I was able to connect to iTunes etc last night, literally about 10 minutes after uploading my original post.


Just to note, this also took out my iTunes Match service too during this outage.

What I can say is that it doesn't appear to be user related (its something definitely wrong on Apples side)


I intend to get to the bottom of this with apple, I want answers and want to know the root cause. I will post again here if i do get a suitable response from them.

But you know what?, in my case I didn't even finish posting when I noticed that the issue was solved in my IPad. What I believe happens is that somehow using your apple ID to log in into this forum, triggers something on apple servers that fixes the problem.


I would suggest that anyone reading these forums looking for an answer to the same problem, just try this: Log In into apple forums and just wait for like 10 minutes, if your problem is solved post about it so we know about it as well.


If your problem isn't fixed and after you post about it, it miraculously solves itself, then we would know that there is something fishy going on, like someone from apple reading these complaints and solving these individual issues one by one.
