No FaceTime icon

My sister and I both have new iPhone 4s. Neither of us can find a FaceTime icon in Contacts to even attempt a video call. Both of us are on WiFi? What on earth could be going on?

Late 2008 MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6)

Well there are a few more requirements for it to work perfect.

One yes both need iPhone 4.
Two, both be on a WiFi network.
Finally, your wifi network has to have the right port(s) open on their firewalls.

That last one is the kicker when everything else seems correct.
