Syncing notes onto my iPad

My notes are synced between my Mac and iPhone. While the rest of my iPad has synced with both, the notes on my Mac and iPhone have not Ben transferred to my iPad. How do I do that?

iPad, iOS 4

Where do you find the notes on the iPhone; in the Mail app or in the Notes app?

In settings click mail, contacts, calendars then click the mail/MobileMe account that you use. You will see toggle buttons for mail which should be on by default, under that will be contacts, calendar, bookmarks and notes. Turn on any of these you want to sync over the air by MobileMe.

I understand this, but I am asking you where you then view your notes; in Mail or the Notes app?

Thanks,
Ken
