I am having an issue with the new iPhone 4. My cheek seems to be hitting the buttons on the screen while I'm on a call, even though the screen seems to turned "off" when you put it up to your ear. Its often hitting the speak button, so switching between speaker and ear piece quickly.
I've used an iPhone since the original and never had this issue. Anyone else seeing this?
This is ridiculous. In the middle of almost every conversation i either hang up, mute, facetime, or add calls. I have had this happen at least 150 times now. I've NEVER had this happen on any of the other iphones and i've had several of each version. going to return it today
Same problem here, my calls last just a few seconds before I start clicking speaker, facetime, hold or end call. This should be a software issue that shall be resolved on the following update. Hopefully Apple has acknowledged this is a problem and his handling it.
This is a real concern. I used to throw on the bluetooth and lock the phones screen. With iOS4 there is no way to lock the screen and therefore we're all having this same issues.
I dont know why they would have changed what the sleep/wake button does duriong a call because it worked so well on the previous offerings. Hopefully, they fix it...and soon. Its a great device..but cant be called a great phone.
