iPad screen auto rotate wont rotate anymore!!!

I just bought an iPad few days ago and i had use the lock rotate buttons for a few times butwhen i unlock the rotate button the iPad rotation won't turn anymore i had restored the iPad but it wont work please help me solve this problem cheers

Just got ipad2. Auto rotation did not work after a few days.just power off and it started to work.hope it will be fine after this.if not need to take back to apple to store to check on it.most prob the new iOS 5 should be the cause of it.
