The ZeroChroma Projecto looks like it would be really practical if you think you might want to watch the screen without having to hold it for long periods of time. I've been in touch with the company, and the case for the iphone 4 will be out mid-August. They said the stand will work in both the portrait and landscape mode. I like how it's adjustable, and how it goes back to flat to put in a pocket.

the new incase cases look good, i had a white incase slider for my iPhone 3GS and it was awesome, a lot of people commented on it - nothing but good! Ive been waiting for the silder for iPhone 4 and its been annouced, i hope Apple get those in.

id get the black incase slider for iPhone 4 but if Apple wont be giving them away for free, id just get a black bumper.

black - because the white one I had previously on my 3GS got a bit grubby and marks and scratches show up more on it.

I have the otterbox commuter, and also just recieved the free speck pixel skin. I had tried the otterbox defender and really loved the all-out protection. The bulk didn't bother me, but the rubbery silicone just made pulling it out of my pocket a bother. I am not a belt clip/holster person, nor do I use pocket protectors, so I returned the defender and tried the commuter. It is really a good case and comes in and out of the pockets easy enough. I am also liking the speck pixel skin. My first case was the rocketfish gelcase, which I bought just to get some protection on the phone until something better came out. I will say that it is also a really good case. So far all have worked with invisible shield screen protectors, but you do need to make sure they are on straight and even.

Otterbox is the best in rough environments, and InCase sliders are great for normal use, but a new offering from CaseMate is worth considering. It is a cheap silicon case called the EggCrate. The white version made my phone look like a bar of ivory soap, but when I dropped the phone it bounced and landed unharmed. If you don't mind quirky designs that work great, take a look at this one.
