No SIM message on iPhone 4

So I got my phone Friday, everything seemed great at first. However, Saturday evening I started getting "No SIM" errors. Restarting the phone usually fixes it, but it is quite frustrating. Anyone else seeing this issue?

More detail:

First error was seen around 5:30PM (EST) yesterday and restarting once fixed it. Second time was around 9pm, that time I had to restart three times to get signal back. This morning it happened again around 10am. It is nearly noon now, haven't seen it again so far but I am sure it will happen again... paranoid about missing calls now!

Well, that didn't last very long. After just a couple of days, it started happening again. I have noticed a pattern. After driving in the car for a few minutes, with the iPhone in the cup-holder, I will get the No SIM message. Also noticed it when I had the phone on the boat this past weekend. It appears that the SIM card is not as firmly seated in this phone as it is in previous iPhones, or any other phone for that matter. Any sudden movement or vibration will cause the SIM to lose contact.

I'm going to the Apple store today to get a new phone. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Can u please help me out here , i'm in Saudi Arabia , i got an iphone 4 2 weeks ago from a retailer as the authorized apple centre here hasnt launched yet the iphone 4 , it is officially unlocked i checked that by the model no. and serial no. and it was imported from Apple UK , it was awesome with no flaws from what i've heard over the internet apart from the high data usage that was much higher than that of the previous Iphone 3G ihad but i didnt worry i thought it could be multitaskin issue till yesterday when all of a sudden while i had the iphone 4 on a desk it shoed No Sim card installed and tried everythin from airplane mode to power cyclin , it didnt resolve until i took off the tray and reseated the sim card again , now its been 24 hrs with no problem but when ive read the posts here and found out that it could recur at any time i got worried i went to the shop from where i got it and explained the issue to him he said he got give me a new one but i hesitated for fear of gettin one that would have much more serious problems so i told him i will check for the next week if it popped up again then i will come for a replacement , shall i replace it either way bearin in mind i have two coming weeks and if anythin happened after that the phone will be repaired instead of replaced , as there is a 30 day policy of replacement without resortin to repair first . What if the coming two weeks passed and nothin happened shall i keep it or shall i take the risk and get a new one . Imay seem a little Obsessive but Iphone to me is like my best mate and i love the feeling of havin a flawless unit .
