Mytunes Redux or similar software

Sorry if this has already been discussed, I couldn't find any previous discussion, so I am making a new thread.

I know for windows there is a program called mytunes redux in which you can take songs from other people's itunes when using the same network. I was wondering if there are any programs for mac in which I can add songs from other people in my network to my iPod.
