iPhone 4 info?

As I posted yesterday... my friend got an iPhone 4 from a contest.
This time, I might be getting my own. Does all the iPhone 4's have a sim card installed? Even the ones you buy at full price without a contract ($599)?

iPhone 4s from the US will have an AT&T SIM card already installed, regardless of the price of purchase or the location of purchase.

If it's from the USA, it will have an AT&T micro SIM card and will be carrier locked to AT&T, even if it's full price. AT&T never unlocks iPhones.
