Facebook notification sound missing

OK so I can now say I have no idea what the **** is the matter! I thought

with iOS6 it might fix it, I was wrong. So then I started blaming it on the

actual FB app. Well just received and update from 5.0 to 5.0.1 and the

problem is still occurring. I am at a loss for words!

Same problem here folks...All I can say is report it to FB thru that link that someone put up in this thread and hopefully they will fix it...I'm sure a lot of people are affected by it!

I'm starting to wonder if Samsung gsIII has this problem! (HINT HINT)

The forum is User to User. The only people in here are end users, like you. No one from Apple reads this forum, at least not in an official capacity.

Somebody else said they talked to Apple, Apple advised it wasn't a phuck up on their end....Facebook issue...

My I Phone 4 has also lost the sound when Facebook Notifications come through only since I downloaded the IOS 6 though please hurry up and fixt this problem !!!

Mine has been doing this for about 3 weeks now. It is so frustrating since I communicate with my out of country friends via facebook and I don't get to hear when they reply to my posts or pm's. Grrrrrrr

same problems tried every thing notification with out sound or vibration ...fed up :S

Yea same problem here on iPhone 5 and started happening on my iPad once ios6 was installed.

This is seriously pathetic. This issue has been going on for a while now and no help.

I've got the 4S and same issue. We have been given many Facebook updates since the

Issue and still nothing. I wonder if anyone cares. Doesn't seem like it.

mines doing the same i had an iphone 4 running on ios 6.1.1 and the sound just went and i recently got an iphone 5 and i thought it might of been my iphone 4 but its not working on my 5 either anyone got any suggestions what it could be?

Iphone 5 iOS 6.0.2 Same problem, notifications turns on the screen on facebook and path (in my case) but there is no sound, I thought it was related to do not disturb issue on january 1st but you all guys have this problem before that I do remember this notificatios were working fine. my first Iphone, bad mistake. Hope Apple fix it soon.
