July 1st despatch date problem UK?

Mine originally stated dispatch date would be 2nd for delivery 5th-6th.

Was dispatched on the 1st, like yours, but on the Apple tracking page it has said expected delivery for the 2nd. Next day though it changed to "In transit to destination country - next updates expected in 4-5 business days".

If I go to TNT ( http://www.tnt.com/express/en_gb/site/home.html) and type the 9 digit number in the "Track International" box I get the following information:

3 Jul 2010 09:13:28 Hong Kong Shipment In Transit.
02 Jul 2010 17:00:00 Shenzhen Incorrect Transit Times In System, Possible Delivery Delay.
02 Jul 2010 14:59:07 Hong Kong Shipment Received At Transit Point.
02 Jul 2010 12:43:00 Shenzhen Shipment In Transit.
02 Jul 2010 07:59:46 Shenzhen Shipment In Transit.
02 Jul 2010 02:48:16 Shenzhen Shipment Collected From Sender.

Still no idea though when it may arrive! 😟

Well I have a ten digit reference number which is useless on the TNT site, as it doesn't find it. (Nor any of the other numbers available to me.)

But the Apple shipment status page was just changed from:

Current Delivery Status Shipment dispatched 01 Jul 2010

To:

Current Delivery Status Shipment dispatched 04 Jul 2010

So mine must have been waiting on the docks for the last 3 days I guess.

Fingers and toes are crossed lol, Annoying that the tracking status hasn't changed tho.

Why would Apple delay a shipment to a date after the initial estimated delivery? It makes no sense to delay, its not like these are launch date deliveries..

Same situation for me. I'd also taken 5th & 6th July off work for my delivery. It was shipped on 1st July and the esitmated date of delivery changed to 14th July. I can't track it on the TNT website either. Not happy at all.

Forgot to add - I took out Apple Care Protection when I placed my order and received an email saying that it commenced on 30th June - how can that be right?

Mine was dispatched along with 2 dock connectors... eta now 14th July 😟

I have the exact same status via TNT tracking, and mine (iPhone 32GB black) was ordered in France...

I would not appreciate a possible delay!
